CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – Cleveland Police are investigating after they say a pedestrian was struck by a car on the East Side.
Police say a woman was hit near the intersection of E 110th Street and Lakeview Road around 3 a.m. Sunday morning.
The woman was taken to the hospital by EMS, according to police.
No word yet on the extent of the woman’s injuries.
Police have not yet released any information on the driver.

EAST CLEVELAND, Ohio – A Cleveland man was killed Saturday morning in East Cleveland.
Damien Cook, 44, was fatally shot about 1:20 a.m. in the 15000 block of Elderwood Avenue, according to East Cleveland police. Police received calls that a man was down in the middle of the street with numerous gunshot wounds.
