Caitlin Clark’s Suspension Is Being Tried to Avoid by Aliyah Boston.
Caitlin Clark’s dissatisfaction with WNBA officials has been evident lately. The talented rookie for the Indiana Fever has already received five technical fouls this season, so she needs to exercise caution.
Players are automatically suspended for one game once they collect seven technical fouls, and Clark has definitely made attempts to accrue more.
Aliyah Boston, Caitlin’s All-Star teammate, has been seen on tape multiple times interfering with the officials and Clark, suggesting that she is aware of this. In one instance, during the Fever’s victory over the Connecticut Sun, Aliyah even accompanied Caitlin for a lap around the court to help her relax.
“Head of the Caitlin De-Escalation Committee” is the caption that an X user named slowlyslide put on a compilation of pictures of like incidents from this season. The Fever pair noticed that when it was shared on Overtime’s Women’s Basketball Instagram page.
OvertimeWBB tagged Boston and Clark in the “Someone’s gotta do it” post mentioned above. In response, Clark wrote, “I’m cryinggg, ab is my girl,” in the comments. “You know I got your back, sista,” Boston retorted, and the video in issue clearly shows that this is the truth.
On the court, CC and AB have quite the rapport, but their relationship has also been evident off it. Together, the two have been quite successful both in-game and on Aliyah’s TikToks. And it’s obvious that Caitlin feels lucky to have Boston on her squad.
