EXCLUSIVE REPORT ! O’NEIL LIKED EMERGED NEW NAME FOR THE SUMMER SURPRISE EVERYONE /WOLVES NEWS
Manager Gary O’Neil played off any concerns about Wolves’ previous home losses to Molineux. Wanderers want to get back on track at home when they play a struggling Sheffield United on Sunday.
Any small chances of qualifying for Europe were dashed by back-to-back losses to Brentford and Manchester United, but a 2-1 victory against Tottenham last weekend kept them in the hunt.
Prior to this weekend’s games, Wolves are ranked eleventh in the Premier League, and O’Neil is only concerned with earning points wherever Wolves play.
“There were narrow margins in the Manchester United game,” he stated. We gave it our best shot, and I believe that everyone had fun, but we ended up losing the interaction.
“I’m definitely upset with what we produced in the Brentford game, but the boys have made it quite plain why they are disappointed.
Being incredibly strong in circumstances around our objective is crucial. It was difficult enough to press at 0-0 and try to find a way to go ahead, but it felt far better than gifting Brentford a cheap goal and having to battle your way back. That was the lift we provided them.
“We’re prepared to leave again, but we don’t
want to lose at home, but as long as we maintain our current point pace, I won’t be too concerned about winning or losing.
“As long as we continue to score points, advance, and attempt to give every game our all.
