Sort of Hints toward Jermaine Eluemunor Signing With The Bengals
Jonah Williams is scheduled to become a free agency this offseason, which means the Bengals may need to acquire a new starting right tackle.
Will they target Jermaine Eluemunor, a veteran of the Raiders? Over the last few years, the 29-year-old has proven to be a reliable performer for Las Vegas.
Eluemunor wishes to be a part of a team that can defeat the Chiefs in crucial situations.
He tweeted, “You can call me a hater, I don’t care.” “I have no affinity for the Chiefs… This year, we triumphed over them. Yes, that’s great, but I want to defeat them when it counts. I don’t care who makes comments about these players, supporters. Congratulations on winning another Super Bowl, but I hope I get to play you.
The only quarterback still playing that has defeated Patrick Mahomes in the postseason is Joe Burrow. The only other player to lead his club over the Chiefs during the Mahomes era was Tom Brady, who announced his retirement last summer.
Eluemunor might like to assist the Ravens in defeating the Chiefs. That might be what he’s suggesting, particularly in light of Baltimore’s AFC Championship Game loss to Kansas City on Sunday, which ended in a 17-10 score.
It’s important to remember that Eluemenor was selected by the Ravens in the fifth round of the 2017 NFL Draft (159th overall).
It’s also possible that he perceives a chance to sign with a Bengals club that has demonstrated its ability to defeat the Chiefs in the postseason. Eluemunor could undoubtedly address a roster problem for Cincinnati.
