After dominating the Dallas Cowboys 48-32, the Green Bay Packers will play the San Francisco 49ers in the divisional round of the playoffs the following week.
During their first drive, the Packers went straight down the field. Aaron Jones scored on a three-yard touchdown, then on the very next play of the second quarter, Jones added a one-yard run to make it 14-0.
They extended their lead to four touchdowns at the two-minute warning with a 64-yard Darnell Savage interception return for a touchdown. They continued to score with a 20-yard touchdown pass from Jordan Love to Dontayvion Wicks.
At the close of the first half, Dak Prescott connected with Jake Ferguson for a one-yard touchdown, giving the Cowboys their first point of the game.
They also scored on the first drive of the second half, but as the drive stalled, they had to settle for a 34-yard field goal from Brandon Aubrey. The Packers’ subsequent drive down the field made that worse. Jones used nine yards to score his third touchdown.
The next drive, Dallas attempted to rally again and found the end zone with a one-yard touchdown run. However, the Packers persisted, and Love found a wide-open Luke Musgrave for a 38-yard score.
The Packers’ following drive saw the same kind of rout. After Romeo Doubs and Jordan Love connected on a three-yard touchdown throw, Ferguson scored the Cowboys’ second touchdown of the game, this time from seven yards out.
Ferguson made a basket.
