She has more assists and turnovers than any other player in the league this season, having already set a rookie record most assists in a single season (224).After setting numerous records during her time as a college student at the University of Iowa, Clark was selected as the first pick by the Fever in the 2024 draft.

With 3,951 points, Clark surpassed Pete Maravich’s 54-year record to become the all-time top scorer in men’s and women’s college basketball in 2023.During her college career, she averaged 28.4 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 8.2 assists. She also contributed to the growth of women’s basketball.
