Caitlin Clark has been invited to compete in 2025 by WWE star Bianca Belair. The Royal Rumble.
Bianca Belair, a WWE star, praised Caitlin Clark for raising awareness of women’s basketball before putting out a challenge for her to participate in a tantalizing crossover event at Royal Rumble in 2025.
Tennis, soccer, basketball, and wrestling are just a few of the women’s sports that are experiencing a surge in popularity in the 2020s as more people realize that these sports can be just as exciting as men’s.
A portion of that can be attributed to Clark, who broke the NCAA scoring record and is currently perhaps the most well-known female athlete in the world after posting impressive numbers in her inaugural season in the WNBA.
The Indiana Fever’s huge fan base has even forced them to borrow Gainbridge FieldHouse, home of the NBA’s Indiana Pacers, for their games. This is a testament to how much of a draw she is.
Belair has decided to honor the 22-year-old and propose an ambitious yet daring crossover between basketball and wrestling in 2025 as a result of that explosion.
“Everyone is already asking that (Caitlin Clark attending one of WWE’s Premium Live Events in Indianapolis), which makes it hilarious.” Belair told ComicBook Nation, “They’re bringing up Caitlin Clark even before the press conference.” “Hey, I’m like what the WNBA is doing.
“I’m thrilled that women are receiving greater attention and visibility. You know, we don’t need to change anything, as I’ve always stated. All we need is the chance to get media attention, which the WNBA is providing.”
