On a Chicago roadway, bold motorcycle riders tried to make an impression on Angel Reese.
The rookie loves to share her daily life on social networks.
Angel Reese, a forward for the Chicago Sky, is having a great WNBA debut. The rookie earned her first victory against her “rival” Wednesday, defeating Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever 88-87, after dropping her opening two games. Reese was the most impressive player, setting a rookie record with a career-high 25 points and ninth double-double with 16 rebounds.
Reese is known for her confrontations with and remarks directed at Caitlin Clark, but her abilities as a player are indisputable. Reese, who is only 22 years old, has a bright future ahead of her in Chicago and in her profession. After winning, Reese posted an Instagram story with multiple riders doing acrobatics close to her car—possibly in an attempt to get her attention.
Reese loves posting details of her everyday life on social media, so it’s obvious that if she keeps up this kind of performance, there will be more videos similar to this one. Reese and A’ja Wilson became the first rookies to ever post 25+ points and 15+ rebounds in a game after Reese’s record-breaking performance of 25 points and 16 rebounds. Additionally, they are the only two players in the league that have these stats through two games this season.
Chicago’s next matchup is with A’ja Wilson and the Las Vegas Aces. Every WNBA fan is excited to witness the highly anticipated rookie vs veteran game between Wilson and Reese. Reese’s recent results indicate that she will keep raising her rookie double-double record, but the defending champs will be trying to stop her after a few days of relaxation and video study. But as they say, “there is no remedy against talent.”
