According to public affairs official Phil Martello, “we tried to make contact with (Sutton).” After calling, he didn’t pick up. He has avoided us. Here, our deputies have followed every possible lead.
He has cars and a house in the county across from us, but he hasn’t been there and we haven’t been able to find him.
We haven’t been able to contact him, so it appears that he has either switched off or thrown away his phone, among other things.
