The Tennessee Titans’ elimination from the playoffs on the last week of the regular season left the Jacksonville Jaguars with a poor 2023 campaign. Many supporters and pundits hypothesize that in order for the offense to succeed more, the club has to add better receivers. A talented receiver from the AFC North who is expected to become a free agency this summer has now been connected to Jacksonville.

On Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati, during the fourth quarter of an NFL football game between the Minnesota Vikings and the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 15, wide receiver Tee Higgins (5) of the Bengals catches a touchdown pass as Minnesota Vikings cornerback Akayleb Evans (21) defends. In overtime, the Cincinnati Bengals prevailed 27–24.
Pro Football Focus reports that the Jaguars ought to target Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins in the summer. Higgins has demonstrated that he is capable of playing wide receiver in this league and may perhaps develop into one. Higgins and current Jaguars receiver Calvin Ridley should work well together since Higgins caught 57.6% of his contested targets in the previous year.
Reasons To Support The Jacksonville JaguarsThe receiver, whose contract expires this year, is rumored to be on a different team by the 2024 season. The Jaguars have emerged as the early favorite. Jacksonville amounted to 4,377 receiving yards this season, with Ridley leading the pack with 1,016 yards. Having a receiver like Higgins can almost double what Ridley was able to do. Higgins was able to amount to 656 receiving yards and five touchdowns and prove that he can be an elite target for his quarterback Joe Burrow.
for the offensive of the Jaguars. If they sign Higgins, this receiving group—which already includes Christian Kirk and Zay Jones—could develop into one of the most potent in the NFL.
Will Higgins Join A Different Team? The Jaguars are the favorites to sign the Bengals receiver, but other teams, including the Los Angeles Chargers, Kansas City Chiefs, and other teams in need of receivers, may try to get Higgins. Do you believe Higgins will play somewhere in 2024, stay in Cincinnati, or sign with Jacksonville this offseason?
