Jaylen Brown is enjoying a year of his own.
In the midst of rumors that he is dating social media personality Bernice Burgos, the Celtics guard agreed to the largest contract in NBA history on Tuesday—a record 5-year, $304 million supermax pact with Boston.
Following reports that they were seen dancing together in a New York City tavern in September 2022, Brown, 26, and Burgos, 43, were first connected.
Photos that surfaced on social media at the time claim to show the NBA star and model cuddling up on the beach in February.
Burgos allegedly hinted at a Valentine’s Day celebration with an unidentified male during that same month.
In April, Burgos created a sensation on social media by posting videos of her sultry birthday celebration at Encore Boston Harbor’s Rare Steakhouse.

Sarai Burgos, 16, and Ashley Marie Burgos, 27, whom she welcomed when she was fifteen, are her two kids.
In February 2018, Ashley gave birth to a girl named India Ava Aisha, making Burgos a grandma.
In a 2019 interview, Burgos stated to Hollywood Unlocked that she felt upset since she “knew [my daughter] wasn’t ready [to have a baby]” when she first became a grandma.
While describing her relationship with her oldest daughter, Burgos said, “It’s hard because I’m young and she’s young and we’re like sisters.”
Burgos, who has 7.2 million follower on Instagram, is a Fashion Nova ambassador and often shares photos and videos endorsing the celeb-loved brand.
