Brenden Aaronson has not ruled out playing for Leeds United again despite the way it ended for him last season at Elland Road.

The midfielder is scheduled to return to Leeds at the end of the season, but there are suggestions that he is unlikely to be part of the club’s future even if they get promoted.
However, Aaronson is not prepared to write off his time at Leeds yet and stressed that he still has great love for the club.
But he stressed that he left the Whites as he wanted to play top flight football and experience performing in the Champions League.
“For sure, it’s possible. It’s not done and dusted or anything like that”, Aaronson told The Athletic.
“I love the club. I love the guys that I was there with, the connections I made. It was just tough the way it ended.
“I felt like this was the best decision that I could make — playing in the Bundesliga and playing in the Champions League — to help my career and get me better.
“So that’s why I made the decision.”
Aaronson still has a contract until 2027 with the Yorkshire giants, but it is unclear if Daniel Farke is thinking about having him at Elland Road in the future.
